Document the process of creating/editing your Wix website contact form, justifyimg your thought process and decision making

The contact us page, which is present in the majority of e-commerce sites, is intended to be crucial for every website. What does it mean and why does it always improve customer service for online stores? The consumer can access the contact us page at the bottom of your website after adding items to his shopping cart and completing the payment process to ask or report a question about improvements, ask questions, and alert the business owner of any problems he had while visiting your online store. The contact us page offers certain emails, contacting information, and a supporting team as part of its fundamental functionality. However, leaving out the contact us page could have a negative impact on your online store, leaving the customer without a way to ask questions or a phone number to call if he encountered any technical problems that might affect the payment transaction. In addition, the contact us page performs better on your website by facilitating accessible communication, achieving your audience engagement goals, and making the visitor's experience wonderful (Helling, 2022).

On my own website, which I built using Wix.com, I added a contact page in order to better serve my clients and field specific inquiries about any technical problems or other issues they may have with my items. But, getting a lot of questions to find the problem and address it right away is the major way to develop my online store. Last but not least, there is a space for writing any complaints or questions to send by just filling a form including your name email and send button most of our supporting team try their best to reply for any concerns as quickly as they can to provide the customer with a fast answer reply. The options I have provided on my contact us page are the Email address to allow the customer to send Emails for any further question and I have included Call Us option to receive calls from customers.

As part of the layout that I decided to go with, I included a contact form that the site visitors may fill out and then submit. I also added the email address and phone number to the left side of the store logo, and I arranged it in a way that makes it easy to use and makes it fit for its intended purpose.
